Online Alpha takes place across eleven sessions. Each session a short video, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all. As we are online, you’ll need to provide your own refreshments,
If at any point you decide Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
