We are part of Welcome churches – a network of churches across the country working together to respond to the needs of Afghan refugess arriving in the county. You can keep up to date with requests for practical help by joining the Welcome Churches Northampton Facebook group.

We continue to support our partner, St Albans Parish Church.  We support St Albans with volunteers and food donations.  A number of church members volunteer at the Drop-in at St Albans on a Friday.

Food and vouchers are available locally at the following times:
Wednesdays: Emmanuel Church, Weston Favell, 11.00am-1.00pm,
Fridays: St Albans Parish Church, Broadmead Avenue, 9.30am-11.30am
Along with St Albans Parish Church, we are part of Restore Northampton’s Foodbank Network. More information is available here.

Baby Basics is a local charity which aims to support families who are in greatest need in Northamptonshire.  Moses baskets are filled with essentials for new mums and their babies.  They receive referrals from health professionals such as health visitors and midwives.  They rely on donations of second hand but good condition baby clothes, towels, bedding etc and new toiletries such as breast pads, toothbrushes, shampoo and nappies.

For more information on Baby Basics Northampton, please see their facebook page or contact them by emailing babybasics.gpc@gmail.com
